Our project is designed to engage and help young men acquire the skills, knowledge, and support they need to enter and thrive in a range of rewarding and meaningful careers. We understand that young men today face a unique set of challenges as they navigate the job market, and our program is designed to help them overcome these challenges and achieve their full potential. It is part of moving on up an employment initiative working collaboratively to improve employment outcomes for the capital’s young Black men aged 16-24.
