CALM is born from an asset-based solution focused approach to working with and for at risk young people in Stonebridge and Church End Estate, Brent, forming part of a wider place-based programme to improve cohesion between two estates.
This youth movement will design a shared offer that delivers meaningful participation, engagement, progression routes, and tailored support from early intervention through to employment.
CALM will create a new story for Stonebridge and Church End and will influence stakeholders and future generations by facilitating youth led/ co designed approaches that meet current and emerging needs to reduce the impact of violent crime.
