The Determination. Independence. Value. Aspiration Programme, also known as D.I.V.A. was designed to encourage young girls to recognise their potential and be the best they can be.
The intent of the D.I.V.A. Programme in the community is to build confidence, develop skills and give girls a sense of belonging in the community.

Build confidence
- To motivate and inspire the young girls to push beyond their comfort zones.
- To build self-confidence and support the girls to be the best version of themselves.
- To raise awareness and support the understanding of different options and pathways on offer.
Develop employability skills
- To broaden skills and knowledge to support the transition on to the next stage of school.
- To understand and challenge stereotypes that may be faced in the wilder world.

- To build community connections.
- To develop well-being.
